This is an absolutely gorgeous genuine turquoise and sterling silver drop pendant. The main stone has the small lighter color nuggets. It is treated for stability. There are four smaller turquoise gems around the pendant. It comes with an 18inch silver tone chain. In excellent vintage condition.
