Beautiful piece that can either be worn as a brooch pin or turned into a pendant. Marked 14KT on inside- hard to see, had to use my special eye piece magnifier. Also verified that the stone is a real diamond with my tester though I do not know size info on stone. Lady appears to be carved from a piece of shell. Nice vintage piece in great preowned condition.
