THE WAND RELEASE WONT RELEASE AS SEEN WHERE MY FINGERS ARE IN THE PICTURES.. ALSO THE VACUUM WONT STAND UP. ITS NOT BROKEN IT JUST IS TO HEAVY FOR THE LITTLE CLIP THAT HOLDS IT UP. I lean it up against the wall. Besides that it''s in overall good working condition.  Very powerful.
