Because every ones description of “used” can be different, some people will expect different results upon receiving their vacuum. The pictures shown are of the actual item you receive. Most all used vacuums will have some scratching due to normal wear & tear. Although our vacuums are cleaned and sanitized, some odors could be present depending on the previous owner (smokers/pets) so please be aware this is possible with ANY used vacuum purchase.
