Excellent gently displayed condition in original packaging with all original retail contents including porcelain building, Styrofoam box, outer box sleeve, and light cord/adapter. Styrofoam box and outer sleeve are in good condition with normal wear from storage see pictures. This is part of the Department 56 North Pole Series, licensed by Mars, Inc., introduced in 2004 and retired only two years later in 2006. This Department 56 village building has no observed chips, cracks or other visible defects. When connected and plugged into power, the building illuminates and the M&M’s spin and the display platform rotates along with the M&M on top of the display
