Vintage tin toy from Japan, K-55 Destroyer friction boat, in good to fair condition. Some rust on stack and some play wear but no large dents or scrapes, paint looking good, has all three wheels.

Measuring across the bottom just under 8 inches. Measuring across the top about 8 and three quarters inches. About 3 inches from the tallest point to the wheel.

RARE find - these are not usually in such good shape. Look online, you will find them cheaper but they are usually missing the wheels and a gun, etc. This one is in pretty good shape.
