Fisher Price Little People Sesame Street with accessories shown as well as ALL 15 characters. There are actually 16 Little People because I added a Luis. Some characters have paint loss.

The building is in really good shape. There is a missing piece of plastic on one side of handle but other side still keeps it shut.
