Fair Vintage pre-owned condition - Normal wear, smudges, scratches, fading, yellowing and discoloration consistent with use and age.

Please Note:

- Blue Chimney Topper missing.

- Blue Front Door is missing.

- Small crack on front porch step.(See last photo)

- Stickers pictured will be included in an envelope for new owner to replace how they please.

- Stair railings are missing.

- Bureau lamp DOES NOT light up (may need new bulb)
