I bought this brand new, one owner. Adult owned pet-free and smoke-free house. It has Windows 10 and is not able to get Windows 11. Definitely not a gaming PC but for writing papers, studying, streaming, YouTube, surfing the web, etc.. this tablet/laptop is perfect. I factory reset the device, so none of my personal stuff is there. Once you receive this item, you will have to set it up to your specifications.
