P.s it doesnt need a fresh windows reboot, but i assure you everything works perfectly fine, after a fresh reboot. I accidentally deleted windows somehow while trying to reboot the comp, as it was my first time ever resetting it. If you have a windows or reboot disk for microsoft, this pc will be like a brand new comp after the reset. (And it is 100% stock) ALSO NO RAM STICK! besides that there is 0 issues and functions great!
