Converse continues its 12-year-long partnership with Comme des Garçons PLAY in a forward-thinking silhouette. The reimagined Chuck ‘70 silhouette is introduced in a ‘Red Sole’ colorway. The premium canvas upper is stamped with an iconic Chuck Taylor patch at the ankle, while the other sports an iconic bug-eyed red heart motif in honor of Comme des Garçons PLAY’s rich heritage. The shiny bright red midsole is treated with a contrasting pinstripe, making a distinct statement in its entirety. The detailed stitching placed throughout emphasizes a vintage aesthetic, while the rubber outsole underneath ties together the rest of the design.
