I don''t know anything for sure with the helmet I''ll just put what I was told.
Apparently this is a repurposed Vietnam ballistic helmet that was taken and used by the police force and painted blue. The owner said that it''s the same helmets that were used during the riots. Not sure what riots he was talking about I''m not old enough to know I guess.
