Many times when looking at an item that antique or vintage, a person wants to know the lineage and history of the product to authenticate if the piece is real. Well, this is real. This is a one-of-kind original ashtray from Japan. It’s from the 1960’s WITH ORIGINAL BOX.

The story is that the seller is the son of the original owner of this piece and was inherited after he passed away. This ashtray was a treasured possession of the seller’s father and stated that this was only used on special occasions in his man cave with his best friends. This piece screams out so much history that I did not have the heart to clean the ash that was at the bottom of the ceramic hand from an American hero.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an original piece from Japan made in the 1960s so the original box has some wear and tear and staining from years past. There are a couple of cuts around the box, but the ashtray is in PERFECT SHAPE.
