I am a petite size 8. and although the coat looks stunning on- it also looks too big for me.
This coat is much better suited for a TALLER size 8- and up- Ideally for a taller size 8,10,12,14,16-please look at the measurement for chest.

The lining in the cuff area has an elastic band that protects your arm from cold are going up your sleeve- which is a nice feature.
