Rare unique probably one of a kind sleeveless or strapless culotte jumper from Patti Cappalli California. Patti was a cool designer in the 70’s-80’s. This sun suit is most likely from the 70’s. It has elastic at the arm puts and the skinny straps can be worn or tucked in. It has an elastic waist and super wide legs that almost look like a skirt. Side pockets. No size tag but probably would best fit a XS-SM based on measurements. Great for Cochella or a festival. GUC. Measurements taken laying flat are approximately:

Pit to pit: 13.5”-19” (elastic)
Waist: 10.5”-18” (elastic)
Length: 42”
Rise: 14”
Inseam: 21”
Leg opening: 15”

I found a similar one that sold on another site. It’s the same designer and fabric but a different style.

I think this is from the 1981 collection. I found an old ad with some similar pieces.
