Condition- To me this was a sure 9.8 candidate, I didn’t have it pressed, I didn’t think it needed it. For some reason they gave it a 9.6 grade and provided no graders notes. Likely this is one of those books if resubmitted it could get a 9.8, but with submissions taking over 6 months I didn’t bother.
